Real Frat Rankings (No Grinding)

Alright bet, let's cut the cap. This is the realest rundown of how the PCs shook out, no cap. If you disagree, you're either grinding or just wrong.

Top Tier
Phi Psi - Obvious #1. Clean sweep, basically got everyone they wanted. The boys are built different this year.
DX - Lowkey surprised they're this high but their PC is actually stacked. Heard they got some legit legacies.

Solid Picks
Sig Pi - Solid PC, def got some good guys. A few too many theater kids for my taste, but that's just how it is.
SAE - Pretty standard year for them. Got some decent guys, nothing too crazy. Heard their social was mid this year though.
AD - They tried. Rushed a lot of guys who are probably gonna transfer but hey, at least they got numbers.

Mid Pack
ZBT - Took the usual ZBT type. A few smart guys, a lot of guys who peaked in high school. They're fine.
Chi Psi - Almost punched up but fell short. Got some guys who are definitely gonna be the reason the house gets shut down.

The Bottom
SNU - Honestly, not sure how they even got these guys. Heard they offered some fake scholarships. Big yikes.
Sig Chi - Their PC is kinda sad. A lot of these guys are just here to get free food. Realistically, they're not gonna last.
DU - Absolute disaster class. Lost like half their bids to other houses. Someone needs to fire their rush chair, like, yesterday.
