POST RUSH CONSENSUS

Lots of straight up lying right now as grinders trying to get kids to sign here’s how things are actually looking for the next year.
AD: didn’t fail, but showing some weakness with their historic pull in rush
Sig nu: likely the best new class but not by much
Sig chi: decent rush for them but no longer T2 at all. Wheels came off late during rush week
DU: not terrible for them but not great either. Core four will probably be replaced by key 3 this year.
Chi psi: very good pc for them. Beat out sig pi/dx their historic rivals by a pretty wide margin
Sig pi: recovered decently well this year through previous connections. Not fantastic but enough to keep them going
DX: finally got humbled for bidding for relations the past few years. Their brothers can’t rush at all
ZBT: got cooked by houses above and below them and scrambled during rush week
Pike: decent class but only because they just started actually rushing
SAE: solid class but some allegations and interesting bids
Lambda: mid but one or two good gets
Pikapp: hanging on by a thread
Zeta psi: solid lower mid tier pc
Rest irrelevant
