New updated top houses frat and sorority

I came up with this idea the other night. If you look on Greek rank and after th kappa incident what if we dropped th core 4 to core 3. I think since SNU has a bad reputation rn with social and mixing and theta as well on the sorority side we drop it to a core 3.
