Pre Rush Week Frat Rankings for PC26

Senior who disaffiliated from a top house, have friends in most of these frats and hear a lot of the noise.
Sig Chi - class is basically already set, lots of Westchester
DROP OFF
Snu - most of class is already set, hoping to poach from AD
DU - isn’t trying to compete w Sig Chi as much, and pc is mostly set
DROP OFF
AD - getting cooked by Sig Chi this year, and both Snu/DU have enough locks that they’re struggling to build out a full pc. Will still be fine bc their core is typical AD core but fringes of the PC may be worse than normal
DROP OFF
Chi Psi - taking their typical SChi + DU drops but unlike last years disaster focusing mostly on kids who actually are gonna be dropped
ZBT - Have their base which they always do well with and seemingly getting a little more diverse this year. Them and chi psi tied from what I hear
DROP OFF
DX - the same reasons why they mix will make it very hard for them to rush well. Gonna be taking a lot of chi psi/zbt drops along with typical dx kids
Sig Pi - half their fall class dropped already lol but they have a few actual brothers of current brothers that are boosting the class, they’ll do better than last spring but still prob closer to SAE than chi psi/zbt

Sig Chi is winning rush and AD has most of their pc set, but they are not the typical AD kids. Snu is struggling, but has 16 kids that are interesting. No clue about du, but it seems they are in a better place than last year. Chi psi and zbt have most of their pcs set. Dx is struggling and has lost a lot of rushes to other houses. Sig pi is cooked
