Bottom House Trajectories

Some of the bottom houses are setting themselves up to actually have successful futures and not slowly die out like the others

HOUSES ON THE UP:

Zeta Psi - Has had a series of really good rush cycles for a house that doesn't really mix, has been crossrushing with pike and pikapp and honestly took a better fall class than both of them.

Beta - Not sure how they do it (although it's probably by renting out rooms in their house to them), but Beta has been taking a bunch of pretty chill and good looking Danish exchange students for a while now, and had a 12 person fall class that is WAY better than basically all other bottom houses. Yeah they're only here for a year, but it's an interesting method and has served them very well.

AGR - Took a big spring class last year. Guys who rush AGR generally don't rush anywhere else - if you fit their vibe of ag kids and rowdy farm boys it's absolutely the best place for you to be.

HOUSES FALLING OFF:

Fiji - Idk why they ever get mentioned on this site. They took a really bad spring class, fill their house with boarders, and have a very low chance of surviving unless they really turn things around.

Rockledge - Sad how these guys went from one of the better bottom houses to pretty much irrelevant. Used to be decent, but have had a hard time with rush and aren't super active anymore.

KSig - Unfortunately falling off, used to be a decent "nerd" frat but has really struggled to fill up their house in recent rush cycles.
