Core 4 Mid Frats

As a person in greek life but not in these frats, I wanted to shed some light on them. They all have a similar mixing schedule but very different vibes- this order means nothing.
Pike: mix a lot with tri del and sometimes with aephi/pihpi. Will use KD to fill in their parties quite often. They have some fun parties. Probably got the worst class this spring out of the mids but their a nice group.
Lambda: the most artsy and more laid back frat. Also mix with tri del, apehi and pi phi. Have a close relationship with pi phi. Their known for some fun parties like foam. They get consistenly decent classes and have some fun kids in their newest.
Pikapp: are in a very interesting situation. They are very close to aephi and bring tri del to parties as well. They do not mix with pi phi anymore. Their current junior class was a miserable rush cycle, but they honestly have a great sophomore class. Have some really cool and more fratty type kids. Recent class has pulled some azd pres/afters with their friends.
Sae: Used to be the clear bottom of the mids but really bounced back with recent spring class. They mix with tri del, aephi and pi phi. Closest to pi phi. Money talks with these guys and their able to throw some expensive parties. Their class is a super mixed group.
