Absurd fake greekrank grinder list

Here are the frats that are desperately trying to mislead you

Sigma nu: dues are 10k and whole pc dropped last year, no mixers
Rockledge: no mixers, brothers incredibly weird
Llenroc: bots, no mixers, only hear about them on greekrank
SAE: we all know they grind, started the semester with money mixers but nothing now
K sig: used to be bottom of relevance but no more mixers and sopro

Pike: pike is not as ridiculous because they are a relevant house but at the bottom of relevance, not upper mid like they try to make you think ok greekrank

This is all facts and pike def does grind but putting them at the bottom of relevance is crazy. They’re not upper mid but are better than Phi Tau/PSK at the very least, who are still relevant. Also Llenroc/Sig Nu aren’t grinding, it’s clearly SAE framing

I’d say pike is around the same as psk/phi tau but depends who you ask. Pikapp currently a little above them but will probably fall to bottom of relevance this semester as most sororities really don’t like them

The big grinders are SAE, Chi Psi, and Pike.

@rushes: beware the houses with 200+ reviews too, huge proportion of self-ranks when you’ve got that many reviews.
