Agree, this is a meaningless exercise. So much happens inside a frat that no one else knows about. Sometimes a frat is divided and that spills out into public view, but beyond those rare situations it's all speculation and a ranking doesn't make sense.
And don't believe this specific ranking for a second.

Ranking “brotherhood” is a ridiculous premise. “The guys in this frat that I’m not in all like each other more than the guys in that other frat that I’m not in like each other” get a grip
