Who is real lodge?

I know both SAE and pike brothers call their house the lodge which is one of the reasons for their feud, but who was the first lodge? I know it’s for sure one of these two frats but idk which one

Chi Psi has the one and only lodge. SAE's house is Hillcrest, and Pike's house is just a dump -- one of the smallest frat houses on campus with no property to at least make up for it.

Chi Psi's house has been called the Lodge for generations. Not SAE.
