Low tier frats.

is it worth joining a low tier frat in terms of getting laid, parties, and mixers?

As someone in one, yes definitely. I like the guys, just having a place to go, and don’t care about mixers. That said, you can still have sorority connections. Everyone still gets laid and I find the parties fine too. A lot of the experience is the same, except probably the easier pledging than top houses and subpar mixing.

Depends because good brotherhood but bad sorority relations and less mixers
