hi idiot freshmen, just wanted to let you know that almost every greek organization owns their chapter house through their alumni. the two relevant frats that don’t are chi phi and sig phi and it does not seem to impact them much. ignore the weird grind on this thread

I know a couple of super wealthy guys in ZBT and DX, and even a few in Pikapp and Pike. Core 4 mainly new money, every other frat has at least some old money

Another sign is which frats actually own their own houses, most once did but stopped being able to afford them. AD’s one of the ones that still does. Llenroc’s another. Others???

Is this true? I doubt it. Those are four extra-impressive physical structures, meaning they’re extra-expensive to maintain. And the property taxes on Llenroc would be huge given all the land they have. I call BS.

Llenroc does in fact still own their house and are throwing a Haunted House philanthropy event which should be their first technically open event since they're still on probation

Most of the top houses own their own properties. It’s generally the mids and below that leave it up to the school.

Rich people of everywhere, sure top houses may have more but for the most part, A lot don't show it. Some of the most richest people may not even be in greek life, it's all truly mixed.
