Recolonizing frats worth checking out

Fiji: nice house centrally located on west. Hosted by AD but admittedly it was a courtesy thing, has good middle frat and some sorority connections though so could realistically climb back into world of mixing frats.
Sammy: Very different from old Sammy, chill house (formerly Pss house) of mostly Latino stoner types. Seems like a great brotherhood but idk if they’re interested in climbing (which is totally ok!)
SAE: great house, money, and connections. It’s honestly a toss up whether SAE ends up in the dirt or at the top, but I think a lot of those guys are willing to take the risk

Disagree somewhat.
Sammy’s had a tough time recruiting compared to the other houses that have come back the last two years, and have the worst physical house.
SAE seems to be focusing on things other than building a tight brotherhood, and they didn’t have enough money to hang onto their house which they were forced to give up to the university a long time.
