Setting record straight about C4 mids

Physical house rankings:
1. PSK (regal looking house on West)
2. Pikapp (house on North with big yard)
3. Pike (small house on West, good location)
4. Phi Tau (small house on North, solid yard)

Mixing schedule rankings:
1. Pikapp (Pi Phi, AEPhi, KD)
2. Pike (AEPhi, KD, sometimes Pi Phi)
3. Phi Tau (KD, AXO, sometimes AEPhi)
4. PSK (AXO, DDD, sometimes KD)

Brotherhood rankings:
1. Pikapp (pretty tight, everyone gets along)
2. Phi Tau (all smoke together, big stoners)
3. Pike (nice guys, big brotherhood)
4. PSK (generally pretty distant from each other)

Rep on campus:
1. Phi Tau (well-liked by everyone, no beef)
2. Pike (super great dudes, work-hard play-hard)
3. PSK (some really fun guys, known to throw down)
4. Pikapp (has SA/racism allegations but probably cap)

Overall:
Join Pikapp if you’re looking for traditional frat experience
Join Pike if you’re a work-hard play-hard typa guy
Join Phi Tau if you’re a chiller/stoner typa guy
Join PSK if you don’t get into others

As a member of a non psk c4 mid I think we should give psk a little more credit, they’re good guys, throw fun big ways, and don’t start beef with anyone
