These are the Frats that mix with C4 at all. Ranking doesn’t necessarily indicate strength of brotherhood, instead how often orgs reliably have events with C4 sororities. If you fit in better at a place like Sig Pi, go there. They still have great parties. By Junior year mixing will barely matter to you anyway and at least you’ll be with people you like and who like you.

At the end of the day, you’ll get girls if YOU get girls. Being in any of these houses means you have plenty of exposure to the social scene for people to know who you are. No girls are dating guys simply because they’re in a top house. That’s just silly.
