When Sig Phi gets kicked for real, Chi Psi is the logical house to fill the void. They arguably have the best physical house/property and historically have been a top house, so it’s only a matter of time before they retake the throne so to speak. Not in Chi Psi, but just laying it out there.

I dont get how u chi psi kids think adding a disclaimer at the end is gonna make everyone think its not u. No one is writing a detailed paragraph on why chi psi is a top house besides kid in the house

Look up rankings on college confidential from the 2010s prior, they were the top house along with Psi U

Who cares how they were ranked in 2010? It’s not true they were top and either way it’s completely irrelevant now. What part of that is so hard to understand?
