by: truthHere is the deal. Their lord and savior JMB is trying to convince these rushes that by building these great PC's they can change the culture at Dx. What these rushes don't understand is how long it takes to change their reputation and also having to wait for the juniors and seniors to leave the house. The Dx rep won't change for atleast a couple more years by the time these rushes are seniors. Think about that. If they get a bad PC this year, their rebuild is over and they go back to where they started as a house with multiple flings in the house

The most important class is always the sophomores. Everyone knows that. They set the tone and bring in the freshman. Totally affects the trajectory of the entire frat. Seniors gone in a few months and when juniors become seniors most go inactive anyway. Like it or not dx crushed it last year and looks set to do it again.
