Advice for PNMs

As a senior, this isn't my first rodeo. I pledged in 2020, I hazed in 2021 and 2022, and now I'll be running recruitment in 2023. As a former social chair, I can say from experience that tiers DO matter. Not within them, but the tiers themselves have relevance and directly impact what girls you will interact with. Unless you're an absolute stud, joining a mid, lower or bottom tier frat will turn women away from you. Any success will be despite being in said frat. Do not make this mistake. It's better to be a geed than to be in anything less than upper mid.
