Opinions on body positivity in greek life

Does anyone else feel like they have to eat a certain way with recruitment coming up? Like they have to be as small as possible to be valued as a human being? Like every Friday and choosing to skip every meal so they can drink more alc that night/require less alc to get drunk and save calories? Has greek life ruined anyone else’s body image???? Is this normal?
