Does SAE have their house back for the spring?

Just wondering. Even if they do they’re likely still pretty low tier but would be good info to know

I think the deal with the school is that they need to reach a certain number of brothers before they can move back in. So while they have access to the house, they’re not allowed to host parties in it yet. But if they take a big rush class, that might put them over the edge.

tbh sae is probably one of the worst choices to join. they don't even have opens. they have the weirdest guys on campus. steer clear.
