Frats to Avoid?

Are there any frats that I shouldn’t rush because of weird people in them?

All houses have at least some weirdos, but your best bet is to follow the tier system. Higher tiers have more cool guys and athletes and fewer weirdos, bottom houses have the reverse. The question is where do you fall in that spectrum?
