To the frosh, think carefully about the trajectory of the houses you're looking at. This goes for frats and srats. Look at where AZD, DDD, or PSK were just a few years ago and what has changed. A lot can change from the time you join to the time you graduate. Look at what houses are moving up and vise versa. PSA out

honestly think about location as well. do you think when youre a jr/senior you're really going to want to travel all the way up to north from ctown? go west
