dont rush frats not on ranks

be careful of rushing frats that aren't in ranks. many of these frats are just grinding on their own frat page, unnoticed by everyone else. these include the lower frats (PSK/KSig and below) and the new frats (SAE, Sammy, SNu, FIJI). just take a look at their pages and tell me its not just their own brothers grinding

What is this rush advice? Realistically not every kid is going to get a bid at the top 10-15 frats. The lower houses are good options too
