There are 3 houses on the National Register of Historic Places: DKE, Llenroc, and AD.

DKE not as nice as the other two though.

Lots of great physical houses on this campus.

Freshmen -- it's worth walking into a couple of these houses during rush for a a tour if nothing else. Outside of rush you don't get many opportunities to see the inside of homes like AD/Chi Psi/Llenroc, especially during daylight.

SAE's house is overrated. It's big with a nice patio and good for parties. But as a house, it's made of brick and a little industrial. The furniture is dorm-quality, it has cold tile floors, and the bedroom corridors have linoleum floors and metal doors. It's not in the league of the other houses it keeps getting mentioned with on this thread.

Hillcrest up there with AD and Lenroc. The real underrated house is the oaks (Fiji) massive and good design inside.

Pro tip @ freshmen — any frat flexing about their patio, deck, gazebo, beach, animal statues or basement does not have a top physical house.
