C4 Mid Truth.

Seeing so much kap cig grinding on here so listen up:
- pikapp: has fallen for sure but arguably the top of the mids. More crowded parties that are basically opens but usually fun. Brothers can be kinda predatory so watch out
- phi tau: firmly mid and doing well. Mixes w mid sororities often and has large events that do well. Stoner house for sure
- pike: so mid. Surprised I haven’t seen them grinding too much. Nice guys, average. Terrible aux
- psk: psk has fallen since waka but they are in no way kappa sig. srats have dropped them but they’re still hanging on to mid status. Nice physical house. Mix of personalities

pretty accurate. should add that the social scene here is often considered more fun and hype than other houses; they balance exclusivity with party quality and so everyone ends up having a good time. also tend to have better GPAs/diversity of involvement bc the brothers are those who still want a good social life and sorority relations while not being hazed into oblivion.

This is valid except I’d argue Phi Tau and maybe Pike are better than Pikapp right now. Pikapp has had some sus predatory things going on causing a drop in their sorority relations and they’ll probably lose a ton of guys in cross-rush during this upcoming cycle due to it

Essentially: all the mids have different strengths in different categories. Except PSK, which is last on most important categories. Sorry fellas

Pikapp still attracts better sororities/girls to their parties in a way Pike or Phi Tau can’t quite compare to as of rn, which is why their place is still solid. But what you said about some sus guys in that house is def true
