Describing the top houses

Can someone please give a breakdown on the vibes of each top house. Like what kinda of kids are in each house?

First off there are no “kids” in top houses, that starts at lambda and below

Only real ‘top’ houses are AD, DU, Sig Chi and Sig Phi. All the other houses are great but will get the boot pretty easily if they mess up. All houses that mix are great for social life (C4 top, all the upper/upper mid houses & C4 mids) anything below that is whack
