Does Sig Chi Have Their PC?

I know that AD has their pc and Sig Phi is getting close but I am not sure about Sig Chi. AD and Sig Phi have done lots of dirty rushing so far but not Sig Chi so that is why I am wondering. I don't feel like they are even remotely close to knowing their pc. Thoughts?

Bruh Sig Phi has done like 2 rush events and barely knows any kids

AD tho has a lot of their fresh picked out prob like 90% with them still doing some rush lunches
