Small house that’s quickly dropping out of their tier. Used to have clout but recent PCs more of a joke. Whiffed on rush past few cycles. Older bros cool. Newer classes tanked the house & have wack rep. No longer a target house for most top rushes

Current seniors still cool but not enough of them to save the house. They bidded lots of weird guys last year out of desperation when they didn’t get a class and it shows. Buh bye Sig Phi

Sig Phi known for throwing exclusive mixers with DG and also known for being very well connected with core four. Has lots of low-key events with sororities so brothers can actually get to know them.
