chi phi and zbt are both underrated because they don't grind on here.chi phi similar to sig pi and chi psi and zbt similar to dx.

Underrated fact: Sig Pi, DX, and Chi Psi don’t actually party like most frats. They have a ton of 1 on 1 mixers which aren’t actually fun. They’d rather mix with 15 Kappa girls than 100 from a non-C4 sorority, it’s weird social climbing that gets in the way of actually having fun parties… Wack.
