1) Sigma Phi (house has less than 40 actives and has had two bad rushes cycles in a row. Just had to boot a SA kid).
2) DU (has two bad rush cycles and cannot throw a good party to save its life. had an emergency chapter to discuss the issue last week.)
3) Sigma Pi (has had numerous bad rush cycles and has a relatively amount of active members (~40). Bidded an SA kid in the fall. Has been unable to throw a good party and is failing to utilize 202 like DU did last year).
