How are phi tau and psk considered mid?

Phi tau and psk have taken such weird kids in their previous couple rushes. Phi tau kids are dungeons and dragons goons. Psk is about as fun and exciting as sitting at the dmv. They are closer to kappa sig than they are to the other mid frats.
