Can someone explain BASICS

So long story short I got the ambulance called on me on Thursday and now I have to go to this BASICS course/therapy bs. Can someone fill me in on what to expect?

its basically nothing tbh. This lady pretty much just lectures you on the dangers of drinking. They pretty much just tell you to drink in moderation. You only have issues if it happens multiple times

Just lie and tell them you’ll never drink again, or you’ll only sip a single drink at parties from now on.
