Houses frosh should avoid/are falling

Saw another post like this which was just straight cap. The only houses that are ‘falling’ and should be avoided are PSK, Sigma Nu, Sigma Pi, Sigma Phi.
Not saying sigma pi or sigma phi are terrible choices but if ur getting bids from the top bracket don’t go for these houses. You’ll already be able to tell when they’ll be desperate af and trying to get your friends to sign a bid lmao.
Sigma Nu is just a clown house full of bottom rejects. I’m genuinely afraid their GR campaign is going to fool kids into joining their house. If your only bids are C4 mids and Sigma Nu. Pick a C4 mid any day
PSK is falling but is still a great option for all the kids that get bids from Lower mid and get rejected by all the other C4 mids. Sorority relations are better than Ksig, DKE, or whatever other frat is below them
