Newest PC is on par with the top houses. Throws good big parties. They are another solid class away from being better than DU and that’s the truth

Chi Psi didn’t have anyone sign on until the last few days of rush. All the kids were deciding btwn sig pi and chi psi and granted, chose chi psi. This is not to say, however, that every chi psi is a top house reject. DX and even Chi Phi actually took kids who got bids from top houses. Also their parties are just not fun. They’re so social climby that they will try to invite c4 sororities only to fill 1/2 of their parties. I guarantee more people would come if they would just stop simping for c4 chicks
