Pike’s house is bad but the location makes up for it. Should probably add acacia or KDR in its place

Phi Tau house is small but has a good backyard

Also should probably add the Phi Delt house to one of the best physical houses

Yeah they have a good interior, but I don’t think it’s better than the top 5, could extend the list, make it part of the top 10.

for a lot of people the best houses are the ones with a lot of variety– space to play pong/rage cage, good backyard space, balconies, space to talk, a bar, and a dance floor. those matter way more than just a dance floor/size
