Hazing is dumb and has no point

What's the point of hazing if you end up resenting everyone because of it. Rush week was a blast and everyone vibed with each other. Why not instead of chugging hot sauce and doing planks on glass we just rage and blackout as a brotherhood. I just don't get it. There's no bonding in me wanting to knockout half the brothers.
