Official ‘22 Top 5 Frat Rankings (With Explanation)

Elite:

1. Sigma Chi - Has consistently been an elite house. Took a very good PC this year.

Top

2. AD - Has allegations but is still a favorite house of many. Somehow pulled through with rush this year and ended up with a good PC.
3. Sigma Phi - Can easily get back to being number 2 but has to take a stronger PC next year. House got screwed over last min from other houses.

Upper:

4. DU/Chi Phi/DX - DU is falling, it was top in previous years but has recently settled for mediocrity and took a somewhat small PC this year. Chi Phi has been building for a while and their new PC is of great quality. If consistent, it’ll solidify its place as an upper house. DX took a good PC this year and took rushes from many houses. Once their older classes leave, they will be in a good spot.
5. Sig Pi/Chi Psi - Sig Pi is falling as a house. Has taken small pledge classes for the past few years and is relying on old status to stay in the upper tier. Chi Psi has an excellent physical house but the past few PCs have been questionable.

Rush this year is going to change many things, and that is the hard truth.
