Do frats take kids during COB?

Thinking about trying COB, do upper frats take any COB kids?

Usually with frats, at least upper ones not sure about the rest, they'll let u know if they want u to COB. Usually they'll only COB someone who they already know but for some reason didn't get a bid/didn't rush.
