Both houses have in the past. I would be inclined to say that Theta gives snap bids more often than SDT does, but only barely. I would say: SDT is more likely to take girls that they already dropped if you know them, whereas theta is more likely and open minded to taking girls (mainly sophomore/transfers) who never went through rush at all

that's factually false... I am a transfer and i personally have 3 friends who were snap bids at sdt in the last 2 years
