what srats usually do COB after rush? what are the rules for it and do i need to have a lot of connections

Only srats that don’t reach quota on bid day will do COB. Usually your bottom srats like AXO and PSS

Actually this isn’t true. Cob is based on average campus total. A house can hit quota and still be below total and cob or not hit quota and still be above total

You definitely can’t just not show up there’s some sort of formal process, your rho gam would know

My older sister said if you rank after pref you can't cob but anyone can cob even if they didn't go through rush
