I don't understand why DX is ranked so high too. From what I've seen they seem soft. Is this true?

the only people who would be concerned with Sig Phi taking 1. instead of Sig Chi is Sig Chi. Thanks for exposing yourselves SX

I wouldn't say there's a gap in quality between Chi Phi/lambda and TDX/ZBT, but its gap in fit. Both TDX and ZBT are niche frats that certain type of guys fit into. Both ZBT and TDX are completely different vibes than other regular frats on campus. Both are good frats though.

I’d agree. Chi Phi and Lambda are more alike (both with upper-mid party vibes), while TDX and ZBT are more discount houses of Elite tier (ZBT is off brand Sig Phi, TDX off brand DU)
