Not ranking AD, due to Theta blacklisting them from all mixers and current investigations ongoing due to their pledge class. Also to note, current DU pledging investigations underway that could jeopardize not just their Spring 2022 PC, but their Fall 2022 PC and their Spring 2023 PC as well.

Sig Phi should be on the same level of DU. One good PC does not move them above them

DU quite literally get kicked off next semester... I don't think they're in any position to be on Sig Phi's level or even on this list altogether

Upper Mid:

I agree Chi Phi is barely above Lambda/TDX and they took good PCs in the Spring 2021, could potentially pass Chi Phi this Spring 2022
