Chi Phi's just riding on Chi Psi's clout, and Chi Psi doesn't even have clout like that. Also, by the fact that this is the only rank in which Sig Phi beats Sig Chi, it seems that the Sig Phi GR Chair has entered the war against Sig Chi's GR Chair.
