Sig Pi/Chi Psi
Still has clout, less douchey, some c4, more sdt

DX/Chi Phi
Some clout, probably nicer than most houses above, minimal c4, more laid back, mostly upper mid/mid srats

ZBT/TDX
Lambda/Pike/PiKapp/PSK
More weird but still mostly nice chill guys, solid places to be to mix w mid srats

The rest mix either only with bottom houses or not at all

Should be more tiers instead of strict ranks, houses are different and cant be compared within tiers but definitely gaps between tiers
