Problem with ranking fall PCs is that there is a mixed bag of quality. Frat ranks really won’t be heavily changing until next semester PCs bar any GJB sanctions.

Not exactly, fall PCs basically solidify/boost/recover from what frats did in the spring. E.g DU took a bad spring PC and took a massive solid fall PC. PiKapp took a terrible spring PC and could not take a half decent class in the fall.
