Can we please have some real ranks

I just want to join a cool house and all the ranks seem like bs or jokes. Ive only gone out a couple times and cannot get a grip on which frats mix with sorority houses? I’ve been to the dx house in collegetown and only meet girls in kappa delta. What is going on.
