How is Sig Nu claiming to be good
by: confusedBids haven't come out for the fall, and sig nu (a house that is coming back this year) is spamming this site claiming to already be above established houses like chi phi, lambda, tdx, and even pike/psk. This is nonsense. sig nu doesn't even have a full house and hasn't had a single party or event. they're bottom right now, lower mid max

Well obv they haven't had an event yet bc they don't exist yet. But everything indicates they're gonna be at least mid upon their return. Massive property + backyard, large founding class, alumni support, all point to the fact that this might be perhaps the strongest reboot in recent memory.

Not trolling. SNU will start off as an upper tier house b/c they’re all athletes and they’ll have Alpha Phi and Kappa mixers day1.
