Real talk, they’re a lower mid house that took a good spring ‘21 PC. They mix with bottom through mid sororities. Their physical house is one of the better ones and in a good location on West.

Thanks for the input DKE. Just so everyone knows this is BS. DKE rarely, if ever, mixes and has an average house for west. DKE is not in anyway lower mid tier, but they are at the upper range of lower tier houses.
