DKPsi actually happened?

Can we settle this once and for all? I’m looking for an honest answer: did DKE and Phi Psi merge or not? Cuz there’s ppl still saying it did and ppl saying it didn’t so I have no clue.

PhiPsi voted for a full merger but the university stepped in. DKE ended up taking a few of their sophomores guys and the rest of PhiPsi carried on as an underground frat in CTown.
