What Happened guys?

I graduated a couple years ago so I'm not a dinosaur. My PC had 22 guys and I know several frats that took PCs of 30+. I'm pretty sure even KDR took at least 10 people that year. Why are the PC sizes so bad? My year had 700+ pledges, you guys have 283 before COB? wtf
