Here's how it used to be. There was no AZD or Phi Sig on campus.
DG, Theta, Kappa
SDT, Tridelt, Pi Phi
Aephi, AXO
KD, Alpha Phi
AOPi, Dphie, Chi Omega

It was DG Kappa Aephi
Theta was low profile and so was Tri delt.
This is a silly argument. I graduated in 92, so maybe things were different when you were there.
@Wtong C4 was not a thing.

No wonder.. I graduated 10 years after you. Theta must've climbed the ranks because they were definitely a top house that every girl wanted. Aephi was still up there but they had fallen.
I'm curious: How did Aopi, Dphie and ChiO rank in 92? Were they always bottom?

No. Everyone who went through rush the year I did wanted theta. You could maybe argue aephi should be up one level with Pi Phi but they weren't top.
